Always Gourmet was created in 2002 as a way for two friends to work together. However, it did not feel like work because we love to cook and develop creative menus for our clients.
As we have evolved, one thing has remained constant, our commitment to provide our clients with wholesome meals. When available, we use natural and/or organic products. We purchase the majority of our groceries at stores like Whole Foods, Jimbos, Henry’s, Wild Oats, PCC Natural Markets and Santa Monica Seafood. We follow the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch to choose the fishes and shellfish that are in the Green or Yellow Category.
It is our goal that we cook to keep our clients happy and healthy. We also want to support practices that sustain our planet for the future.

Juliana Ng, Chef/Co-Owner (Seattle, Washington)562.673.5156
Juliana graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA with a degree is Culinary Arts in 2000. From there she was hired as the Head Chef of the Oakville Grocery of Healdsburg. During her time in San Francisco, she had the honor to be trained and guided by the top chefs in San Francisco. Juliana came back to Southern California to work on the management team of Bon Appetite Management Company. In 2007, she decided to relocate to Seattle area. Although she still considers herself an omnivore, she has a new focus on raw vegan, vegan, and vegetarian cooking.

Gina Schneeweis, Chef/Co-Owner (San Diego, California)909.200.9460
Gina attended Orange Coast College’s Culinary Arts Program and was part of the school’s award winning Culinary Competition Team. After receiving training at the Orange Coast College in their acclaimed Culinary Arts Program, Gina worked as the Lead pastry chef in the Five Diamond/Four Star Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton-Laguna Niguel.
