Dinners can be as casual or as formal as you desire. Whether you want to be served on the sofa while wearing your comfy sweats or finally using that formal dining room, you will receive five-star dining service.

Clients may opt for dinners to be laid out for them to serve themselves. Just leave the dirty dishes in the crate provided and they will be picked up the next morning.

Learn to cook something new with friends… Always Gourmet will create a fun cooking experience in the convenience of your own home. Whether it’s a cooking demo or a hands-on experience for you and your friends, Always Gourmet will make sure that everyone leaves with a full belly and you with a clean kitchen!

Always Gourmet will design the class according to all skill levels, cost includes ingredients, 8 hours of service (2 hours prior to your party to set-up, 4 for cooking demo /5 hours for cooking class, 1-2 hours for cleaning, and printed recipes for your guest to take home.

Cooking Demo: The Chefs will show step by step how to cook the menu. Along the way, guest will learn about the ingredients and cooking techniques.

Hands-on Cooking: An interactive cooking demo. Depending on the size of the party, individuals or teams will use the techniques taught to cook the menu themselves.

How does it work?

We will send you a starter package. In this package, you will receive a detailed questionnaire. This provides us with the needed information to customize your weekly menus. Three (3) days prior to your scheduled session, we will provide you with a copy of the menu. If you would like any adjustments, you just need to contact us 48 hours before your scheduled session.

On the day of service, your customized menu is prepared in your home by a professional, uniformed chef. We come prepared with the ingredients and our own cooking equipment. If any equipment of yours is used, it will be cleaned and returned to its proper location.

Service time usually takes between 4-5 hours. At the end of the service, meals will be packaged in your refrigerator and/or freezer depending on your needs.

Always Gourmet uses the freshest of ingredients when we come to your home to cook. When available, we use natural and/or organic products. We believe that food should nourish and sustain our bodies as well as our planet.
